She serves as the Co-Pastor of Word Life Center International under the leadership of her husband Pastor Jeff Sanders. Pastor Michelle is an anointed woman of God who has learned over the years that God will truly turn your misery into your ministry. God has given her unique insight on the subject of reconstructing women that have been torn down by past hurts. Many women hide out in the church with mask on masquerading around in pain, but God has called her to unmask these bleeding sisters and stitch them up. In addition, she serves as the Director of Women of Worth. The vision of Women of Worth is to prepare and equip women for the destiny God has for them. It is a ministry that focuses on dealing with past issues. The overall purpose is to see women made whole, so they can leave the old man behind, and walk in the newness of Christ, which is a whole new life.
